Our product helps students solve problems, generate study materials, and improve performance in real time. Content is our primary growth channel, and this role will directly contribute to scaling the company.

Role Overview

We are hiring a small group of content creators to drive growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a hands-on role focused on producing and testing short-form content at a high volume.

You will not be doing passive or administrative work. You will be responsible for creating content, analyzing performance, and improving results over time.

Responsibilities

• Create and post short-form video content on a consistent basis
• Shadow the founder, and think through broader company marketing plans
• Test different hooks, formats, and trends
• Track performance metrics such as views, retention, and engagement
• Adjust content strategy based on what performs best

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $8,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
