Growth & Customer Operations Intern – Rentify (Dubai, UAE)

At Rentify, we’re reimagining how people rent homes in the UAE – and we want you to help us bring that story to life through smart design, seamless communication, and on-the-ground execution.

What you’ll do:

• Support customer-facing campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and physical materials.
• Create clean, effective designs and presentations using Canva, Figma, Miro, and Google Slides.
• Assist with on-ground activations and neighbourhood outreach that make Rentify impossible to ignore.
• Handle customer success activities — chat replies, phone calls, and onboarding support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns and operations run smoothly.
• Own execution from preparation through delivery — helping make every customer touchpoint on-brand and impactful.

What we’re looking for:

• A driven, organized self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Confident using design and collaboration tools such as Canva, Figma, Miro, and Google Slides.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and solving problems in real time.
• Excited by both creative work and practical execution.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where every day brings something new.
