Mission

We are redefining mental health services to bring deeper, genuine healing through integrative care. Talk therapy alone is not sufficient. Our therapists work collaboratively with our in-house team to integrate nutrition, microbiome health, genetics, ketamine therapy, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, psychedelic integration, and somatic processing for lasting outcomes. Our goal is to guide individuals toward a lifelong path of peace and well-being by taking a holistic approach to therapy.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Growth & Digital Marketing Manager who can combine creative execution with strategic insight. This role is focused entirely on growth: developing and running experiments, generating ideas, and executing campaigns that drive measurable results. You won’t just take direction; you’ll own the marketing function, propose initiatives, and guide priorities.

Designed to be part-time (around 20 hours/week), but we can explore flexibility if you have specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

  • Develop brochures, handouts, mailers, and other marketing materials (using Canva).
  • Design and launch new web pages on SquareSpace CMS, ensuring they communicate clearly, look polished, and drive strong conversion.

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the growth marketing strategy with creativity and experimentation.
  • Propose and test campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Provide recommendations on what to prioritize next.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media presence, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Test Google Ads, optimizing performance and evaluating ROI.
  • Assist with SEO planning and strategy (deep technical expertise not required).

Outreach & Partnerships

  • Organize and manage outreach campaigns to physicians, hospitals, and therapist practices.
  • Support relationship-building with partner therapists (follow-ups, nurturing, communications).
  • Coordinate monthly networking events for potential partners.

Client Journey & Lead Generation

  • Help shape and manage the lead generation funnel.
  • Oversee the client journey from initial inquiry through their first appointment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

  • Growth mindset: Constantly testing, iterating, and seeking new ways to drive results.
  • Marketing toolkit: Experience with Canva, digital/social marketing, SEO basics, and event coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
