Job Description:

Lead the overall digital growth strategy, managing all digital channels, product performance, acquisition, and performance marketing teams.

Drive customer acquisition, activation, and deepening to increase digital onboarding, product usage, and customer lifetime value.

Own and optimize product performance KPIs including BNPL production volume, installment loan volume, credit card spending, average spend per card, and insurance premium generation.

Oversee ROI-driven budget management and channel optimization to ensure efficient and sustainable growth.

Manage digital initiatives that enhance traffic, conversion funnels, and engagement across mobile and web platforms.

Lead customer segment management, including churn reduction, win-back strategies, segment-based growth, and end-to-end onboarding execution.

Drive growth-focused integrations and partnerships with fintechs, group companies, and external partners to expand channels and product opportunities.

Optimize the digital customer journey, improving onboarding flows, KYC/KYB steps, activation paths, and usage funnels.

Deliver regular performance, product, and growth insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven strategic decisions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline.

15+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, digital strategy roles.

Preferably experienced in digital banking, fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven companies.

Strong capability in managing digital channels and performance marketing frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in SEO, CRM, analytics tools, customer data platforms, and attribution models.

Demonstrated ability to analyze digital investments and optimize ROI.

Proven experience turning insights into scalable, actionable growth strategies.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Agile, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to run multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
