Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Director/SaaS Sales Manager to lead end-to-end B2B sales for our software solutions across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales, consultative selling, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure while working remotely from India.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete SaaS sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify and target enterprise and mid-market clients across international markets.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations aligned to client needs.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams for campaigns, proposals, and solutioning.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Product Leaders).
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Represent the company in virtual events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS / IT / Enterprise Software sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution selling.
- Experience selling to US, EMEA, or APAC markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high ownership.
Good to Have
- Experience in selling products related to FinTech, HRTech, EdTech, or AI/Automation.
- Exposure to inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
