Growth Director (can expand to Growth & Marketing Director based on profile)

We’re looking for a Growth Director who can turn complexity into clarity and obstacles into opportunities. Someone who can be strategic one moment and hands-on the next — and who’s not afraid to get creative when regulations make things tricky.

👉 This role reports directly to the CEO — meaning you’ll be in the driver’s seat for Bitaksi’s growth agenda.

This isn’t about sitting back and “managing growth.” It’s about:

• Digging deep into data and making decisions grounded in insight
• Balancing day-to-day execution with long-term vision
• Guiding how Bitaksi evolves in line with emerging technologies and our long-term strategy
• Leading and inspiring a team of 8–12, while aligning with product, data, and field teams
