What you’ll do:

Run experiments at speed: Launch and test new channels, campaigns, and product loops. Most will fail. The winners, you’ll scale ruthlessly

Architect growth systems: Take ideas from 0 → 1 → 100. Translate messy founder hypotheses into repeatable, automated, measurable engines

Decide where we go next: Work directly with the founders on new markets, revenue streams, and kill calls for what’s not working

Own the numbers: Build dashboards and models that cut through noise and tell us what’s driving growth

Upgrade operations: Fix the bottlenecks, automate the repetitive, and write playbooks others can follow

Hire once you prove it: Scale your own impact by bringing in specialists after you’ve cracked the channel
What we’re looking for:

Background
-
1–2+ years in a high-growth startup (success optional, learning mandatory)

You’ve built something from zero before — company, project, or product
-
Obsessed with growth stories and playbooks from the best startup operators

Skills
-
Fluent in SQL, with enough Python to ship scrappy scripts and automations

Comfortable with data and growth stacks (Mixpanel, Segment, Clay, etc.)

Can run real A/B tests and interpret results without hand-holding

Strong analytical modeling ability (financial or otherwise)
