We are looking for a strategic, resourceful, and execution-focused Growth Hacker / Marketing Manager who can figure out creative ways to acquire and retain users without relying on paid acquisition. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can devise and execute growth strategies, and are obsessed with metrics, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute low-cost growth strategies to acquire job seekers and employers for our AI voice bot.
- Identify and test unpaid acquisition channels such as community partnerships, referral programs, content marketing, SEO, and virality loops.
- Create and optimize user onboarding journeys to drive engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement growth hacks directly within the platform.
- Run rapid A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize conversion and retention.
- Leverage social media, online communities, and influencer collaborations to drive organic adoption.
- Develop and execute outbound growth campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
- Analyze data and key growth metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in growth hacking, marketing, or user acquisition (preferably in a startup or AI-driven product environment).
- Scrappy and frugal mindset – you know how to get results with minimal resources.
- Strong experience in SEO, content marketing, viral loops, and community-driven growth.
- Hands-on experience in email automation, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Deep understanding of user psychology and retention strategies.
- Data-driven decision-making – you know how to analyze funnels, activation rates, and churn.
- Ability to execute quickly and test rapidly.
- Experience in hiring or HR tech is a plus.
