Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Hacking Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. This role blends marketing, analytics, product thinking, and experimentation to identify scalable growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments across marketing funnels (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue)
- Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies for rapid user acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates
- Optimize digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads)
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to scale growth efforts
- Identify and test new growth channels, tools, and tactics
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or data tools (SQL, Python) is a plus
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for experimentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Pay: QAR28,000.00 per month
