Role Overview
The Growth Lead is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through data-driven strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, designing experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale the company’s customer base and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization).

Identify growth opportunities using data analysis, customer insights, and market research.

Design, implement, and measure growth experiments to improve key business metrics.

Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams to implement growth initiatives.

Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels across digital platforms.

Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives including push notifications, in-app messaging, and customer segmentation.

Monitor growth performance through dashboards and KPIs and continuously optimize strategies.

Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in growth, product, marketing, or analytics roles in a tech, fintech, or e-commerce environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience using MoEngage or similar customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, Iterable).

Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and growth performance tracking.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar).

Ability to build and interpret dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI).

Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
