We are looking for a Growth Lead – Acquisition & Monetization to own and scale our
paid and performance-driven growth channels, optimize the full acquisition funnel, and
drive subscription growth. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and focused on impact.
What You’ll Do
● Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, YouTube,
TikTok, and emerging platforms.
● Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing,
and scaling plans.
● Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV efficiency.
● Optimize the full funnel from acquisition → registration → subscription.
● Define and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across paid channels
and funnel touchpoints.
● Partner with Editorial and Product teams to identify SEO opportunities and
improve content discoverability to drive organic traffic.
● Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and tactics based on data and
trends.
● Partner with Product and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and user
journeys.
● Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth reporting across paid performance,
traffic quality, and subscriptions.
● Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
for stakeholders.
● Ensure attribution models and tracking frameworks support reliable
decision-making.
● Act as a growth partner to Product, Editorial, Operations, and Design teams.
● Support and mentor junior growth team members.
● Communicate priorities, learnings, and results clearly across teams.
What You’ll Bring
● 4–7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
● Hands-on experience with paid platforms (Meta, Google) is required, but you
must also possess a strong understanding of SEO and organic growth levers.
● Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
● Ability to combine strategic thinking with deep execution.● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
● Experience with subscription-based or media products.
● Experience with CRO tools, CRM Tools and experimentation platforms.
● Native English proficiency.
