About the Role

Elchai Group is looking for a Growth & Lead Research Intern to support our business development and expansion efforts. This role focuses on building high-quality lead pipelines and supporting sales preparation.

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted lead lists based on defined customer profiles
• Identify decision-makers and collect relevant business context
• Prepare short company briefs to support outreach
• Maintain CRM or tracking sheets with clean and updated data
• Support preparation of outreach drafts and messaging

Requirements

• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Clear written English
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data
• Reliable weekly output

AI Workflow Requirement

This role requires daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or research AI platforms to improve speed, analysis quality and personalization. Candidates must demonstrate practical use of AI in their workflow.
