We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive business expansion, manage growth strategies, and lead performance-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue, client base, and market share.
• Analyse business performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage digital campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads, content) to ensure ROI-driven results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Explore partnerships and business development opportunities to fuel expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (1 year) in growth management, digital marketing, or business development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
