We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to join our team at MAC, the leading fitness operator in Turkey, now evolving into a digital wellness company with MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, MAC+, and NuSpa brands.

Your Main Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously optimize customer journeys that are personalized and data-informed to improve activation, retention and monetization

Use data analysis, experimentation, and cohort tracking to uncover friction points in the user journey and identify growth opportunities.

Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly shape engagement and product decisions.

Partner closely with product, data, and marketing teams to design A/B tests, measure impact, and scale what works.
What You Need to Be Successful

Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.

Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing behavioral and retention analysis.

Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Appsflyer/Adjust, and user retention metrics (activation rate, cohort retention, LTV, churn, etc.).

Ability to connect business goals with product and data metrics to drive measurable outcomes.

3+ years of experience in growth, product analytics or data analytics.
Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and journey tools (Insider, Braze, or similar).

Having experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing can be useful to align acquisition, retention and monetization efforts for a more holistic growth approach.
