We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to join our team at MAC, the leading fitness operator in Turkey, now evolving into a digital wellness company with MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, MAC+, and NuSpa brands.


If you’re passionate about understanding user behavior, finding growth opportunities through data, and designing experiments that improve engagement, this role is for you!


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize customer journeys that are personalized and data-informed to improve activation, retention and monetization
  • Use data analysis, experimentation, and cohort tracking to uncover friction points in the user journey and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly shape engagement and product decisions.
  • Partner closely with product, data, and marketing teams to design A/B tests, measure impact, and scale what works.


What You Need to Be Successful

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing behavioral and retention analysis.
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Appsflyer/Adjust, and user retention metrics (activation rate, cohort retention, LTV, churn, etc.).
  • Ability to connect business goals with product and data metrics to drive measurable outcomes.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product analytics or data analytics.


Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and journey tools (Insider, Braze, or similar).
  • Having experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing can be useful to align acquisition, retention and monetization efforts for a more holistic growth approach.
