Growth Manager

We are a fast growing mobile game developer based in Istanbul.

Our team comprises experienced gaming designers, marketing, data and technology experts as well as successful business builders.

FOMO stands for Fear Of Missing Out, which defines our product vision and culture.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Growth Manager.

What will I do?

As a Growth Manager you will

• Design, run and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels,
• Manage the day-to-day performance of campaigns,
• Be responsible and own campaign performance, continuously testing, learning and optimizing campaigns to improve on success,
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on all performance channels,
• Work closely with 3rd parties such as Meta, Google, AppLovin, Ad networks, DSPs, etc.

What skills / background do I need?

Although we are open to diverse backgrounds we see that this role best fits candidates that have

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing,
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering disciplines,
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking,
• Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of Meta (app campaign management) - Google (app campaign management) - AppLovin (campaign management)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset,
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities,
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs.
