, reaching 3M+ monthly active users globally.
We’re not looking for someone to “support growth.”
We’re looking for someone who will
own the growth process end-to-end
— and build systems that compound.

What you’ll own
You’ll own the core growth metrics across our apps:

User acquisition (organic + paid)

MAU
-
Retention
-
Trial-to-paid conversion
And You’ll Improve Them By Working Across

ASO + ASA (together, not in silos)
-
Onboarding → engagement → retention flows
-
Paywalls, pricing, and monetization systems
-
A/B testing across key product surfaces

Growth analytics (funnels, cohorts, LTV, attribution)

Lifecycle marketing
How you’ll operate
This Is Important
This is

a role where each responsibility is a separate “job.”
You Are Not Expected To

Be the best designer

Be the best video editor

Or execute everything manually
Instead

If creatives are needed → you build or find the system (AI tools, freelancers, UGC, etc.)

If influencer/UGC is an opportunity → you can shift focus completely and go deep for a period

If something works → you double down

If something doesn’t → you kill it fast

With AI and modern tools, many things that used to be separate roles are now part of one system.

What we’re looking for

4+ years in growth / UA / performance / product growth

Experience scaling at least one mobile app (with real metrics)
Strong Understanding Of

Hands-on Experience With
