Growth Manager

Own growth for a 3M+ MAU global app portfolio

We’re building and scaling a portfolio of mobile apps in the faith-tech space, including our flagship product, Muslim App , reaching 3M+ monthly active users globally.

We’re not looking for someone to “support growth.”

We’re looking for someone who will own the growth process end-to-end — and build systems that compound.

Why this role exists (honestly)

Our products are strong. Growth is happening.

But it’s not intentional enough.

There’s Clear Upside In

  • Retention
  • Trial → paid conversion
  • Monetization
  • Lifecycle

We’re looking for someone who sees this and thinks:

“This is mine. I’ll figure it out.”

What you’ll own

You’ll own the core growth metrics across our apps:

  • User acquisition (organic + paid)
  • MAU
  • Retention
  • Trial-to-paid conversion

And You’ll Improve Them By Working Across

  • ASO + ASA (together, not in silos)
  • Onboarding → engagement → retention flows
  • Paywalls, pricing, and monetization systems
  • A/B testing across key product surfaces
  • Growth analytics (funnels, cohorts, LTV, attribution)
  • Lifecycle marketing

How you’ll operate

This Is Important

This is not a role where each responsibility is a separate “job.”

You Are Not Expected To

  • Be the best designer
  • Be the best video editor
  • Or execute everything manually

Instead

  • If creatives are needed → you build or find the system (AI tools, freelancers, UGC, etc.)
  • If influencer/UGC is an opportunity → you can shift focus completely and go deep for a period
  • If something works → you double down
  • If something doesn’t → you kill it fast

A Note On How We Think About Growth

This role might look “too broad” at first glance.

That’s intentional.

With AI and modern tools, many things that used to be separate roles are now part of one system.

We don’t expect you to do everything manually.

We Expect You To

  • Use AI effectively
  • Build leverage
  • Move fast across domains when needed

👉 This is where growth roles are evolving globally.

Why technical understanding matters

You won’t be coding daily.

But You Should Understand

  • How events are tracked (e.g. Firebase)
  • How funnels are built
  • How attribution works

Because Otherwise

  • Experiments don’t ship
  • Data becomes unreliable
  • Growth turns into guessing

You’ll sit between product, marketing, and engineering — and translate between them.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in growth / UA / performance / product growth
  • Experience scaling at least one mobile app (with real metrics)

Strong Understanding Of

  • Retention & cohorts
  • Funnels
  • LTV, ROAS, attribution

Hands-on Experience With

  • ASO / ASA
  • Analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Paid acquisition & creatives (execution or management)

And Most Importantly

  • You take ownership
  • You execute
  • You figure things out

Nice to have (not required)

  • Mobile / Flutter background
  • Subscription app monetization (paywalls, pricing)
  • Experience managing multiple apps
  • UGC / influencer experience
