Trishveda Retail Company is looking for a D2C Growth Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business across the company’s website, marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and CRM-led growth channels. This role requires a strong growth mindset, hands-on execution, leadership ability, and ownership of revenue metrics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase, while ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesD2C Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own D2C growth across the brand website and marketplaces (Amazon)
- Drive revenue through optimized funnels, offers, pricing, and campaigns
- Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, conversion rates, and repeat purchases
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace ads
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers to improve conversions
- Optimize acquisition cost while scaling profitable growth
Website & Marketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end D2C website operations (product listings, landing pages, offers, UX optimization)
- Handle Amazon Seller Central including listings, ads, inventory planning, and promotions
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment
Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce)
- Manage presence and growth on platforms .
- Ensure strong execution on pricing, availability, visibility, and promotions
CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage CRM platforms for lead management, customer journeys, and retention campaigns
- Drive repeat sales through email, WhatsApp, loyalty, cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Improve customer experience and reduce churn
Brand, Leadership & Business Monitoring
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all D2C touchpoints
- Lead internal teams and external agencies for marketing, design, and performance
- Create regular growth dashboards and present insights to leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in D2C Growth / E-commerce / Digital Growth roles
- Strong hands-on experience with D2C websites (Shopify/WooCommerce) and Amazon
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization
- Experience with CRM tools and retention marketing
- Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms is a strong advantage
- Leadership mindset with strong analytical and execution skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Wellness, Retail, or Consumer Brands
- Experience in scaling early-stage or high-growth D2C brands
- Data-driven and business-oriented approach

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
