We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive the growth of our hospitality-focused tech product. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and execute growth strategies, generate and qualify leads, and lead sales initiatives. You will work closely with management and collaborate with an existing sales resource to scale revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and acquisition channels
- Lead and optimize sales strategy, funnel, and processes
- Guide and mentor the existing sales resource
- Generate high-quality leads through partnerships, outbound, and inbound strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve positioning and messaging
- Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Present growth plans, insights, and results to management
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Growth Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role
- Experience growing a tech product, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and in a consultancy/ownership mindset
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, hotel tech, POS, PMS, or restaurant software
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Network within the hospitality or tech ecosystem
