Growth Manager - Omnichannel

This position is within the Airtel Finance business division under Airtel Digital Limited. Airtel Finance is creating new age digital financial products to solve for credit related needs of 350Mn + Airtel customers. Airtel Finance has already launched personal loans with leading banks and NBFCs, and Co-Branded credit card with Axis Bank.

As Lead – Omnichannel, you would be required to own end to end growth of various offline channels through which Airtel Finance products are sold currently and planned to be sold in the future.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own business numbers through offline channels and take combined actions to achieve those
  • Identify best practices, what is working in different geographies and building the growth plan around the same
  • Collaborating with the channel teams (DTC, MR, Call Center) to ensure the journeys are in accordance to the envisioned growth plan
  • Building customer propositions and reasons to buy for different customer cohorts and enabling the front line team for easy selling
  • Day to day monitoring of the channel performance
  • Regular consumer interactions to know the pulse of the user
  • Defining key KPIs to be measured for growth of business


Must haves

  • Bachelor's degree in any domain
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers, data, ratios, percentages on a day to day basis
  • Good skills with MS Excel
