Growth Manager - Real Estate Recruiter

REAL ESTATE RECRUITER — FOUNDING GROWTH PARTNER

The Louie Ortiz Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced real estate agent recruiter to help build our team in two states. Featured on HGTV, E!, FOX, and CBS, we pair national brand visibility with an in-house marketing agency, AI-driven systems, and a culture built on excellence and personal growth.

THE ROLE

You will be a founding member of our growth division, not just filling seats but shaping our team's future across multiple markets. You will build relationships with agents aligned with our culture and goals, share our story and vision authentically, interview and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit, guide new agents through onboarding, and support leadership in hitting expansion goals.

WHO YOU ARE

You have real estate experience as a real estate agent, transaction coordinator, ISA, or in a similar role. You communicate clearly and confidently, build trust quickly, and are motivated by helping others succeed. You value culture, accountability, and purpose, and you work independently and consistently.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position with long-term overrides on every agent you recruit. Your income grows as your agent group grows. Consistent recruiters can build a six-figure recurring income stream. Full details are shared during the interview.
