About DeltaLog

DeltaLog is an AI-powered trading journal and analytics platform for active traders. We automatically track win rates, P&L, profit factor, mistake patterns, and behavioral data — giving traders the analytics they need to actually improve. We're an early-stage fintech startup looking for a hungry, self-directed intern to help us grow from the ground up.

This is not a passive internship. You will have real responsibilities, real goals, and direct impact on a live product used by real traders.

What You'll Do

Outreach & Sales

• DM targeted traders daily on TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, X, and Discord
• Reach out to trading influencers and content creators for partnership opportunities
• Cold email prop firm founders with partnership pitches
• Maintain an outreach tracker logging every contact, response, and conversion
• Hit a minimum of 50 outreach messages per day

Content Creation

• Film and edit TikTok and Instagram Reels — screen recordings, voiceovers, text overlays
• Create graphic posts and carousels using Canva
• Write captions optimized for each platform's algorithm
• Post a minimum of 4 pieces of content per week across platforms
• Repurpose content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X

Community & Email

• Respond to every comment and DM on DeltaLog's social accounts within 24 hours
• Engage daily in trading communities on Reddit, Discord, and Facebook groups
• Write and send weekly email campaigns to our user waitlist
• Follow up with trial users who haven't converted to paid

Reporting

• Track follower growth, trial signups, and conversion rates weekly
• Send a Friday summary report to the founder every week

Weekly Requirements

• 4+ pieces of content posted
• 250+ outreach DMs sent
• 5 influencer or creator pitches sent
• 10 trial signups attributed to you
• 1 email campaign sent
• Friday report submitted

Monthly Sales Targets

• Month 1 — 80 trial signups, 10 paying conversions
• Month 2 — 175 trial signups, 30 paying conversions (Hit this and earn a $100 cash bonus)
• Month 3 — 300 trial signups, 60 paying conversions (Hit this and we can discuss a paid role or increased commission)

• Entrepreneurial by nature — you treat this like your own business
• Active on TikTok and Instagram — you understand what makes content perform
• Driven by results, not hours — you care about outcomes not clock-ins
• Self-starter — you figure things out without waiting for instructions
• Comfortable with rejection — 9 no's to get 1 yes doesn't slow you down
• Hungry to learn how a startup grows
• Strong communicator — your outreach sounds human, not templated
• Detail oriented — you track everything, follow up on everything
• Competitive — you want to hit goals and beat them
• Available 15–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Bonus if you actively trade, have grown a social account, or have experience with starting a side hustle or small business.
