About The Role
At Nexstem, we are looking for a driven and creative
Growth & Marketing Associate
— someone who’s hands-on, resourceful, and excited to shape the brand voice of a frontier deeptech startup. This role is for people who want to work across product marketing, growth, and community — not just content. You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing and play a key role in how the world sees us, how users find us, and how customers trust us.
Job Responsibilities
-
Product Marketing: Translate complex neurotech into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market assets (web copy, pitch decks, product one-pagers).
-
Growth & Demand Gen: Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, newsletters, and niche communities to generate traction and leads. Support outreach to hospitals, universities, and enterprises partners.
-
Community Building: Host/organize events, build relationships with researchers and founders, and grow our presence in neurotech and healthtech circles.
-
Content & Social Media: Create engaging posts, blogs, and newsletters; manage our social presence across all digital channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Google Ads, Discord, etc.); repurpose founder and research content.
-
Market Research: Track competitor activities, analyze trends, and suggest strategies to position Nexstem effectively.
-
Analytics: Monitor growth campaigns, report performance, and experiment with new ideas.
Preferred Skills
-
Strong interest or past exposure to product marketing, growth, and community building.
-
Ability to create engaging content (written, visual, or both) but not limited to it — you’ve done more than “just content writing.”
-
Knowledge of digital marketing basics (social media ads, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
-
Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.
-
Creative thinking with attention to detail
-
Creative, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
-
(Nice-to-have) A portfolio, side project, or examples of past work that show you can take ownership.
Qualifications
-
0–2 years of experience in product or growth marketing, branding, or related fields (internships or projects count).
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any relevant field (preferred, not mandatory).
-
Passion for marketing, willingness to learn quickly, and ability to take end to end ownership of projects
-
Freshers will be considered only if they can show strong supporting work (portfolio, side projects, event/community work).
