- As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will be the engine of our client delivery system. Working in close partnership with our Client Growth Managers, you will take ownership of executing the core marketing strategies that drive revenue and lead generation. This is a hands-on role that requires a high degree of skill in campaign management, funnel mechanics, and client communication. You will be responsible for turning strategy into tangible results.

What You'll Do: Your Core Responsibilities
- As a key member of our client delivery team, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and systems.
- Campaign & Funnel Management: Build, manage, and optimize client marketing funnels, including landing pages, forms, and automations. Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid ad campaigns and email marketing sequences.
- Strategy, Messaging, + Offer Management: Create, Build, manage, and optimize client strategy, offers, and copy and messaging. Go to market with approved strategy messaging and offer.
- Client Communication & Reporting: Assist in preparing client-facing performance reports. You will be expected to communicate professionally with clients regarding project status, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Content & Copy Implementation: Take approved copy and creative assets and implement them across various marketing platforms, including email service providers, ad platforms, and landing page builders.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor and track key marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rates) and report on performance, identifying what’s working and where there are opportunities for optimization.
Required Experience & Skills
- This is not an entry-level or internship position. We are seeking a candidate with proven professional experience.
- Mandatory: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role at a marketing agency or in a similar capacity.
- Mandatory: Demonstrable, hands-on experience with digital marketing execution, including email marketing platforms, landing page builders, and/or paid advertising campaigns.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your Impact: 30-60-90 Day Milestones
- First 30 Days: You will be fully onboarded into systems and processes. You will take ownership of executing specific marketing tasks for your assigned client accounts, such as building landing pages, scheduling email campaigns, and pulling data for performance reports.
- First 60 Days: You will be independently managing the day-to-day execution of several client campaigns. You will be a reliable point of contact for specific deliverables and will be proactively communicating status updates to the Client Growth Manager.
- First 90 Days: You will be a fully integrated and trusted operator on the team. You will not only execute flawlessly but also begin to identify opportunities for process improvements and campaign optimizations, contributing to both client success and agency efficiency.
While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates reside in the Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale area.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
