Growth Marketing & Conversion Specialist

We are looking for a highly commercial, results-driven “Growth Marketing & Conversion Specialist” to join our team.

This is a performance-focused role for someone who understands how to improve conversions, automate customer journeys, and drive measurable revenue growth across multiple channels.You will be responsible for increasing leads, bookings, online course sales, and overall conversion performance across our websites, CRM systems, paid traffic funnels, WhatsApp automation, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization

· Analyze website performance, customer behavior, user journeys, and drop-off points

· Improve website conversion rates across treatment bookings, lead generation, e-commerce, and online course sales

· Optimize landing pages, funnels, checkout experiences, offers, and CTAs

· Run A/B testing and conversion experiments

· Improve mobile user experience and website performance

CRM & Automation
Build and optimize automations across:

· HubSpot

· WhatsApp API

· ManyChat

· Mailchimp

· Kajabi

Including:

· lead nurturing sequences

· abandoned cart recovery

· booking confirmations

· follow-up automations

· reactivation campaigns

· upsell journeys

· customer retention flows

· WhatsApp enquiry-to-sale conversion systems

Paid Media & Funnel Optimization

· Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads

· Improve conversion rates from paid traffic

· Identify bottlenecks affecting ROAS and lead quality

· Support campaign optimization with funnel recommendations

· Improve landing page performance from ad traffic

Online Course Growth

· Improve conversion rates for online courses and digital products

· Optimize Kajabi funnels, checkout flows, and email sequences

· Improve webinar / lead magnet / sales page performance

· Increase average order value and customer lifetime value

Creative & Marketing Execution

· Create or optimise marketing creatives using Canva and AI tools

· Improve landing page copy, email campaigns, ad messaging, and offers

· Apply customer psychology and direct response marketing principles

Analytics & Reporting

Track and improve:

· conversion rate

· CPA

· ROAS

· funnel drop-off

· booking conversion

· email performance

· WhatsApp conversion

· retention metrics

· online course performance

Provide regular reporting, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

· Proven experience in growth marketing, CRO, performance marketing, or digital funnel optimisation

· Hands-on experience with:

· HubSpot

· ManyChat

· WhatsApp automation / API tools

· Mailchimp

· Kajabi

· Canva

· AI tools

· Google Analytics / Hotjar / tracking platforms

· Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads

· Experience improving online course conversions

· Strong understanding of customer psychology, lead nurturing, and sales funnels

· Commercial mindset focused on measurable revenue growth

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and execute quickly

Bonus

· Experience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or education

· Experience with high-ticket lead generation

· Experience building WhatsApp sales systems

· Experience working with service-based businesses and e-commerce brands

Compensation

· *$1,500 USD per month + performance bonuses

Ideal Candidate

We want someone proactive, commercially sharp, highly accountable, and obsessed with improving numbers. This is for someone who enjoys fixing bottlenecks, increasing conversions, improving systems, and directly contributing to business growth.

Pay: Up to Rs279,000.00 per month
