We are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to help us scale our digital presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable growth across channels.
Core Responsibility
Campaign Execution
- Help plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid ads, influencers, SEO, events).
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and messaging across platforms.
Data & Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and retention metrics.
- Pull reports from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
- Assist in A/B testing campaigns and landing pages.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Support strategies to grow the customer base (e.g., referral programs, loyalty campaigns, influencer partnerships).
- Help build retention programs (welcome flows, re-engagement emails, subscription models).
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with design, product, and sales teams to ensure growth campaigns align with brand and business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for ads, creative, or content production.
Operational Support
- Maintain campaign calendars, content schedules, and project trackers.
- Assist in budget tracking for paid media or partnerships.
- Manage digital assets and marketing tools.
Typical outcomes are measured on:
- Growth in website traffic, leads, or followers.
- Improvements in conversion rates and ROI.
- Lowering CAC and improving customer LTV (lifetime value).
- Smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital campaigns (internships count).
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo/HubSpot, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
- Strong copywriting and content coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset: you love testing, iterating, and optimizing.
- Passion for sustainability, fashion, and lifestyle branding.

Compensation
- Salary range: $48,000 – $62,000 / year (DOE)
