We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to own our digital presence, optimize our e-commerce platforms, and drive measurable growth across multiple channels.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist will manage our end-to-end digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of creative skills (social media, content, design eye) and analytical ability (ad performance, SEO, e-commerce optimization). The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
- Engage with audiences and grow community presence
- Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI
- Generate actionable insights from data and present clear performance reports
- SEO & Content Optimization
- Implement SEO strategies to increase rankings and domain authority
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization
- Collaborate on content initiatives that support organic growth
- E-Commerce Management
- Oversee Shopify store operations, product listings, and merchandising
- Implement CRO strategies (upsells, A/B testing, abandoned cart recovery)
- (Bonus) Manage and optimize Amazon store presence
- Email Marketing
- Build and execute campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar platforms)
- Develop automated flows (welcome, cart recovery, re-engagement)
- Optimize for conversions, engagement, and retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce roles
- Proficiency with Shopify (Amazon Seller Central experience a plus)
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong design eye (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with influencer/affiliate partnerships
- CRO experience with tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for e-commerce customization

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
