Role:


We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern with a strong interest in data and digital marketing to support both our marketing and e-commerce operations. In this role, you will assist in multi-channel campaign execution, conduct basic performance analyses, and help monitor user behavior and product data under the guidance of senior team members.

You will take part in product lifecycle processes, support daily growth activities, and collaborate with performance marketing, category, and content teams. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how data-driven decisions shape growth strategies, customer engagement, and business opportunities.


Our office is located in Etiler, and our work model is on-site, so you are expected to come to the office minimum 3 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel growth marketing strategies, including social media, influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, email & SMS campaigns, and SEO-driven content.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, user behavior, product performance, and sales data to provide actionable insights that optimize marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention, leveraging data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to end-to-end product lifecycle processes, including product selection, pricing strategy, content creation, product page optimization, and product launch.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Support testing of innovative marketing tactics and use analytical insights to improve ROI and accelerate growth.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project timelines, supporting resource, cost, and risk analysis when needed.


Requirements:


  • Currently a 4th-year university student or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, e-commerce, digital products, and data-driven strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the willingness to learn how to track, measure, and interpret campaign performance, user behavior, and sales data.
  • Basic familiarity with performance marketing concepts is a plus (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
