Growth & Marketing Lead (High-Growth E-commerce)

Until now, marketing has been founder-led. We are looking for the person to take the reins. We don't want a "manager" who just forwards emails to agencies. We want a Builder .


The Role


You will be the core of our marketing engine. You will work directly with the founders and manage our freelance squad (Media Buyer & Designer). Your job is not just to "maintain" our numbers, but to aggressively scale them.


Who You Are:


A Digital Native: You instinctively understand what stops the scroll on Instagram and TikTok. You know that "best practices" from 2022 don't work in 2025.

Data-Driven Creative: You don't just look at ROAS; you understand why a creative worked. You can brief a designer with a clear vision or hack together a quick video edit if you have to.

AI-Powered: You use tools like ChatGPT, Make, n8n, etc.. to work 10x faster.

Hungry: You have 3–5 years of intense experience (likely at an agency or high-growth startup) and you are ready to own the results of a major brand.


What You Will Do (The Mission)


Orchestrate Growth: Own the strategy for our paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google). You won't press the buttons every day (our freelancer does that), but you define the budget, the targeting, and the strategy.

Own the "Creative Hook": This is critical. You will concept new ad angles, write scripts for video ads, and ensure our brand voice cuts through the noise.

Retention Master: Build and optimize our email/SMS flows. We have customers; your job is to make them fanatics who buy again and again.

Keep the Pulse: Monitor daily dashboards (Shopify, Ads Manager) and spot trends/issues before anyone else does.

Experimentation: Launch 1 offline activation or brand collaboration per quarter to test new waters.


Requirements


3+ Years Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce growth.

• Proven track record of managing (or heavily influencing) monthly budgets of 500k EGP+ .

• Deep familiarity with the Egyptian digital consumer behavior.

• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets/Looker) but combined with a creative eye.

• Experience with influencers or content creation.
