The Growth & Media team at Stitch Fix drives new client acquisition and partners cross-functionally on branding and retention opportunities. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service, and we bring that same level of personalization to our marketing by leveraging data to drive more efficient acquisition, retention and reactivation of clients. Working closely with partners across Marketing,Data Science, Creative, Finance and Product, we deploy a significant budget against a wide array of channels, while continuously experimenting to unlock growth opportunities on new & existing channels.
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will help shape strategy and lead execution across a range of channels, with a focus on testing & scaling new opportunities. You will manage multiple distinct channels and analyze their performance to inform investment decisions. Channels managed by the team include: Linear TV, OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio, Podcast, Direct Mail, OOH, Content Partnerships, Newsletters, and Programmatic Video (OLV/CTV). These channels are critical in driving the success of our business and unlocking incremental client growth.
You will set channel vision and partner closely with Brand/Integrated Marketing, Data Science, and Creative to develop audience and creative strategies, ensuring campaigns align with broader business objectives. You'll be expected to push boundaries, propose and test new ideas, and establish best practices that fuel future success.

The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
