Are you a Digital Marketer who obsesses over CPL more than "likes"? Do you believe that a great ad is a waste of money if the Sales Funnel is broken?

At Prime, we are moving beyond the traditional BPO model. We are building a high-fidelity, research-first marketing engine for the US Medical & Health industry. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to bridge the gap between our high-end design/video production and a high-performance sales floor.

The Mission: Generate high-intent, qualified leads that our BPO agents can close.

What You’ll Do:

• Media Buying (Meta & Google): Architect and manage high-budget campaigns targeting US seniors and caregivers. (Experience with Conversions API and Server-Side tracking is a major plus).
• Funnel Architecture: Build and optimize landing pages that convert "curiosity" into "leads." You understand the psychology of the "Golden Hour" in senior safety.
• Performance Copywriting: Write ad copy and blogs that speak native-level English to a US audience—moving from clinical features to emotional benefits.
• SEO & Content Strategy: Develop a "Problem-Aware" content roadmap (Blogs/Articles) to capture organic traffic from people searching for elderly care solutions.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Work directly with our Video Production & Design Head to A/B test "Hooks" and "Visuals" based on real-time ad performance data.

Who You Are:

• The Architect: You don't just "run ads"; you build ecosystems. You understand how Google Search, Meta Retargeting, and Email Nurturing work together.
• US Market Veteran: You have a proven track record of generating leads in the US/UK (Real Estate, Solar, Insurance, or Health sectors preferred).
• Data-Obsessed: You live in GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Heatmaps. You can tell us why a lead didn't convert and how to fix it.
• In-House Hustler: You want to be in the room where the strategy happens. You value the synergy of working alongside designers, filmmakers, and sales teams.

The Tech Stack We Expect You to Master:

• Meta Ads Manager (Advanced)
• Google Ads (Search & Display)
• Google Tag Manager & GA4
• Landing Page Builders (Unbounce, Elementor, or similar)
• Basic SEO Tools (Semrush/Ahrefs)
