Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop compelling content for blogs, social media, case studies, and platform materials using AI-powered tools.
  • Webinar Management: Plan, execute, and optimize educational webinars that showcase our matchmaking expertise and partner solutions.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Design and launch multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Presentation & Deck Creation: Craft impactful pitch decks, partner materials, and sales enablement resources.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media presence, email marketing, SEO optimization, and online community building.
  • Brand Development: Help shape SoftwareHunt's voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track marketing performance, analyze customer behavior, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on SaaS and AI trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Founder Collaboration: Work directly with leadership on marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Foundation: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or growth marketing.
  • SaaS & AI Curiosity: Genuine passion for software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence trends and applications.
  • Tool-Savvy Content Creator: Experience with AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, Midjourney, Canva) and marketing platforms.
  • High Energy & Enthusiasm: Natural excitement for marketing, experimentation, and building from scratch.
  • Multi-Channel Comfort: Ability to work across various marketing formats, from written content to video to presentations.
  • Basic Understanding of SEO: Familiarity with email marketing and lead generation tactics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
