Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

About the BNP: The Buffalo Niagara Partnership (BNP) is Western New York’s regional Chamber of Commerce dedicated to strengthening the Buffalo Niagara economy by empowering, connecting, and mobilizing the region’s employers.

Position Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager drives the Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s digital strategy to expand reach, optimize performance, and generate membership leads and measurable conversion-focused results. This role combines expertise in SEO, paid social, analytics and email marketing strategy to ensure the BNP is communicating with the right audiences at the right times while staying ahead of evolving digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital strategy planning & execution

  • Develop and manage cross-channel digital marketing campaigns and funnel workflows.
  • Lead functionality optimization for BNP website and communications channels, tracking performance and engagement as well as recommending improvements.
  • Guide campaign testing, audience segmentation and workflow automation for email and social marketing.

Analytics & optimization

  • Monitor performance across channels using analytics tools, platform insights and reporting dashboards.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Track KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making and resource allocation.

Content & campaign integration

  • Ensure paid and organic content campaigns align with the BNP’s brand positioning and support organization's member engagement goals.
  • Partner with the content director and coordinator to design effective campaign assets.

Project management

  • Coordinate and manage timelines, deliverables and external relationships as needed.
  • Document campaign workflows and support brand consistency across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in tools for tracking and reporting analytics (Google, LinkedIn/Meta, Microsoft Excel).
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, GrowthZone) and content management systems (WordPress).
  • Familiarity with creative programs (Canva, Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint) and project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, Strety).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
