Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Programs Manager who thrives on execution, organization, and bringing strategy to life. This person is our utility player — the one you can hand the playbook to, and they’ll run the ball downfield. They’re creative, resourceful, and energized by turning ideas into measurable results.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, customer engagement, and campaign execution — owning the operational heartbeat of our marketing programs. You’ll work across channels (social, email, website, webinars, events, and podcasts) and collaborate closely with teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to bring programs to life.

While you’ll sit within the marketing team, you’ll operate as a connector across the business — ensuring campaigns are cohesive, timely, and aligned with company goals.

Core Attributes

  • Full-stack executor: Moves from idea → execution → measurement with minimal hand-holding.
  • Design-minded: Strong eye for brand and layout; comfortable building from templates in Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized: Keeps campaigns, content, and assets running smoothly — tracks details, timelines, and follow-through across multiple projects.
  • Channel-fluid: Adapts easily between social, webinars, podcasts, email, events, website updates, and sales enablement support.
  • Data-curious: Looks at performance metrics (including web and campaign analytics) to refine tactics and share insights.
  • High-energy collaborator: Brings momentum, optimism, and fresh ideas to the team.
  • Resourceful problem-solver: When faced with something new, they figure it out — researching, testing, and coming back to the team with what works so everyone levels up.

Campaign & Program Execution

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Create and deploy emails, landing pages, and campaign assets using pre-built templates.
  • Manage campaign and website performance dashboards; track and share actionable insights.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotion for webinars, podcasts, and live or virtual events.
  • Support sales enablement with collateral, presentations, and campaign follow-through.

Website & Digital Execution

  • Manage website updates — add and publish new pages, upload assets, update links, and ensure content is current across all business units.
  • Build landing pages and campaign pages using templates in the CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Execute SEO and technical updates in partnership with content and web specialists.
  • Monitor web analytics and dashboards to report on campaign and traffic performance.

Social Media Support

  • Support the Sr. Content Strategy Manager in executing the social media plan — scheduling, posting, engagement tracking, and campaign analysis.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and cadence across all channels.

Asset & Systems Management

  • Maintain and organize the marketing digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure all content, creative, and templates are current and accessible.
  • Keep campaign documentation and process checklists organized and up to date.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with all marketing functions — including content, product marketing, paid media, and operations — to ensure integrated execution.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to align campaigns with field insights and customer needs.
  • Act as a connector between strategy and action, helping teams stay aligned and informed.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign operations, or programs management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Canva or other lightweight design tools for campaign assets.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions.
  • Experience supporting event marketing, webinars, and/or podcasts.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
