The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to build and optimize our demand generation engine and brand.

This role is perfect for someone who loves performance marketing, being creative, extracting insights from data and developing a measurable sales pipeline.

About you:

You’re equally comfortable building a paid search campaign and writing the copy that makes it convert. You have strong creative instincts — not just for visuals, but for ideas: new channels, smarter messaging, better, faster ways to grow. You don’t wait to be told what to test. You own your work, measure it honestly, and keep pushing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand-gen campaigns (Google, LSA, Meta, affiliates, print)
  • Own CNT’s organic presence - optimize website and Google Business Profiles across all markets
  • Create high-impact content (ads, case studies, spec sheets, landing pages, email sequences)
  • Optimize conversion rates across funnels (ads → landing pages → forms → nurturing)
  • Manage budgets. Build tracking, dashboards, attribution, and performance reporting
  • Run CNT’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a consistent, engaging cadence
  • Represent CNT at home shows, trade events, and community functions as needed
  • Partner with sales to support ABM plays and high-priority pursuit campaigns
  • Design and develop sales support collateral

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in marketing, demand gen, or growth related roles
  • Data-driven self-starter. Generates ideas, acts on them, and follows through, reporting results
  • Proven lead generation ability (ideally for a local or regional services business)
  • Strong writer – comfortable drafting ad copy, web content, and social captions w/o heavy editing
  • Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple channels and markets independently
  • Design-capable. (e.g Canva) can produce clean creative without always relying on an agency

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with traditional media channels (TV, radio, print, OOH)
  • Homeservices CRM familiarity (ServiceTitan, Hubspot, SalesForce, Jobber, or similar)
  • Experience marketing to construction, engineering, or industrial audiences
