Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager (ASO + Digital)

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, mobile app growth, and revenue generation for our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving scalable growth through App Store Optimization (ASO), performance marketing, paid advertising campaigns, and full-funnel growth strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user acquisition strategies across paid ads, SEO, and partnerships
• Optimize app visibility and rankings on Google Play Store and Apple App Store using tools like Appfigures, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, Data.ai, and ASOdesk
• Manage and scale paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads)
• Analyze and improve conversion funnels (Install → Signup → Paid) using tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, and AppsFlyer
• Track and optimize key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and app store creatives using platforms like SplitMetrics and StoreMaven
• Improve onboarding experience and product-led growth strategies
• Manage app performance and releases via App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Implement lifecycle marketing strategies using push notifications tools like OneSignal and subscription platforms like RevenueCat
• Conduct market and keyword research using Google Trends and competitor analysis tools
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams
• Monitor competitors and market trends

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / ASO / Growth Marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Appfigures, Sensor Tower, Mixpanel, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and ASOdesk
• Experience with mobile apps or SaaS products
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing (PPC, social ads)
• Understanding of ASO tools, keyword optimization, and app ranking factors
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
