Everything Tie Down is a fast-growing cargo control company based in Dallas. We serve truckers, fleet owners, and businesses across the country through retail, e-commerce, and in-house manufacturing.
Our walk-in store is our strongest and most profitable channel. We want to build a brand so strong that customers come to us already knowing who we are.
What Will I Do?
- Run and optimize Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) to drive inbound leads and sales
- Build and execute local marketing strategies to dominate “near me” searches in Dallas
- Create and post real content (videos, photos, education) from inside our warehouse
- Turn real-world product knowledge into content that builds trust and authority
- Manage and improve Facebook & Instagram ads (retargeting, awareness, conversions)
- Work directly with ownership to push brand positioning and growth strategy
- Track performance and report on what is actually driving revenue
What Qualifications Should I Have?
- Experience running paid ads (Google Ads is a must)
- Someone who understands how to generate leads and sales, not just engagement
- Willing to film, create, and execute content — not just plan it
- Comfortable working in a warehouse / hands-on environment
- Fast-moving, self-driven, and not afraid to test and fail quickly
- Bonus if you have experience in: Automotive, trucking, construction, or industrial products, Local business marketing

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
