Key Responsibilities

• Architect the Growth Engine: Design, build, and scale a multi-channel growth strategy that integrates paid campaigns, organic growth, and referral loops. View the funnel as a dynamic ecosystem and identify the right levers for sustainable growth.
• Run the Growth Laboratory: Drive a culture of continuous experimentation with A/B tests, creative experiments, and landing page optimization. Turn insights into action at speed.
• Translate Data into Destiny: Own and analyze growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, payback periods) to guide strategic investments. Create clear, data-driven stories that shape business decisions.
• Orchestrate the Symphony: Collaborate closely with Product, Content, and Data teams to ensure marketing amplifies product value and creates a seamless user journey.
