Growth Marketing Manager (Moto Industry)

KyVex Moto is an early-stage e-moto company building products for riders, by riders.

We’re looking for someone who understands the industry and wants to prove themselves.

This role is hands-on and fast-moving. You’ll be involved in branding, social media, e-commerce, and product development. You won’t be handed a playbook — you’ll help build it.

We want someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and is willing to figure things out without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute KyVex Moto’s brand direction across all channels
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content (IG, TikTok, etc.)
  • Build and optimize our e-commerce presence (Shopify, product pages, conversions)
  • Work directly with the team on new product ideas, positioning, and launches
  • Coordinate product releases, marketing campaigns, and content rollouts
  • Analyze performance (traffic, engagement, sales) and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Source and manage content (photo/video shoots, UGC, collaborations)
  • Engage with the community and help build a loyal customer base
  • Identify growth opportunities and take initiative to execute them
  • Wear multiple hats — this is a startup role, not a single-lane position

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
