The Role:
We are seeking a versatile Growth Marketing Manager (5–7 years experience) to act as the primary engine for our digital growth. In this remote-first role, you will be responsible for building a cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints—from our website and search engines to professional social communities and live webinars. You will balance hands-on execution with high-level coordination, ensuring our message resonates with healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Webinar & Lead Generation: Own the full webinar lifecycle, including topic ideation, technical hosting, and direct participant outreach to ensure high show-up and conversion rates.
- Website Optimization: Continuously audit and improve the Intruno website for conversion (CRO), user experience, and alignment with our evolving product roadmap.
- SEO Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external SEO companies. You will define their KPIs, review their strategy, and ensure their technical and content recommendations are implemented effectively.
- LinkedIn & Social Promotion: Drive our professional social media presence, primarily LinkedIn, by creating and distributing thought-leadership content that positions Intruno as a trusted authority in healthcare security.
- Growth Hacking: Design and test rapid experiments across email, communities, and professional networks to identify low-cost, high-impact lead sources.
- Full-Funnel Reporting: Track and report on performance across the entire journey—from organic search and social engagement to webinar attendance and qualified sales leads.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5–7 Years of Experience: Proven success in B2B growth marketing, preferably in Healthcare, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
- Strategic Execution: You can manage an agency while also being willing to "get into the weeds" of a LinkedIn campaign or website update.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and professional social automation tools.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional copywriting skills for outreach and the confidence to moderate webinars with industry experts.
- Hacker Mindset: You find creative ways to reach hard-to-access healthcare executives without massive ad spend.
