Growth Marketing Manager (Performance-Focused)

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who understands how to generate and scale leads through paid ads, funnels, automation, and performance tracking. This is not a basic social media role — we need someone who knows what they are doing and can drive measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn if needed)
• Generate qualified leads for sales team
• Optimize funnels and landing pages for conversions
• Track and report on CPL, CAC, ROAS
• Work closely with sales to improve lead quality
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Improve overall marketing ROI

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience generating leads (show past results)
• Strong understanding of paid ads (Meta + Google)
• Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools
• Knows how to analyze data (not just run ads)
• Comfortable owning growth KPIs

• Experience in service-based businesses

• Funnel building experience (ClickFunnels, Webflow, GHL, etc.)
• Strong copywriting skills

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
