We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for SaaS-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute user acquisition strategies (paid ads, SEO, partnerships)
- Optimise conversion funnels (Free → Paid)
- Analyse performance metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, activation)
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments
- Improve onboarding and product-led growth strategies
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or mobile app marketing
- Proven track record in performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, etc.)
- Experience with funnel optimisation and conversion strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with lifecycle marketing (email, push notifications)
- Familiarity with referral systems and viral growth loops
- Experience working in startups
