- Develop and execute growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms
- Increase organic followers and engagement
- Plan and manage social media campaigns
- Create and optimize content strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and improve ROI
- Run paid ad campaigns when needed
- Identify viral trends and leverage them for brand growth
- Collaborate with design and content teams
- 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Social Media Strategy
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with creative thinking ability
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
