We are hiring a Growth Marketing Strategist, a hands-on marketer who loves testing, tracking, and driving measurable results.
You’ll play a key role in marketing for two companies within our ecosystem
- A high-performing real estate organization focused on expanding its client base and re-engaging a large database of past and potential clients.
- A national real estate coaching and education company helping agents grow their businesses through online programs, memberships, and events.
This role is built for someone who thrives on impact, not bureaucracy, and who is hungry to learn, execute, and improve every day.
What You’ll Do
Real Estate Company
- Build and manage targeted email campaigns to drive new transactions.
- Create and optimize retargeting audiences that bring past leads back to life.
- A/B test messaging and offers to uncover what converts.
- Track results and make data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate virtual assistants for campaign execution and follow-up.
Coaching & Education Company
- Manage campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert new members.
- Repurpose podcast, video, and event content into effective social and email marketing.
- Build and optimize funnels to increase attendance and enrollment.
- Measure performance, test new strategies, and scale what works.
Who You Are
- You’ve managed campaigns hands-on in email, social, or ads platforms.
- You’re analytical and comfortable reviewing results to make adjustments.
- You prefer performance over perfection and results over “pretty.”
- You’re comfortable working independently but enjoy collaboration.
- You’re eager to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
