Rooted Dentistry is a locally owned, modern dental practice in Black Diamond, WA, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented Dental Assistant who wants more than just a routine job — someone who’s excited to learn, expand their skills, and be part of a genuinely supportive team.

With 7 operatories, advanced technology, and a wide range of procedures, this is a role where you’ll stay engaged, continue learning, and build a strong clinical skillset.

What You’ll Do

• Assist chairside in a wide range of procedures: restorative, crown & bridge, implants, surgery, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry
• Support digital workflows: iTero scanning, CBCT, digital charting (Open Dental)
• Partner closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for patients
• Maintain organized, prepared operatories and support smooth daily flow

Compensation & Benefits

• $23.00 – $26.00/hour (based on experience)
