Growth & Operations Manager – Pakistan (Karachi)

We’re looking for a Growth & Operations Manager for our Karachi office.
Someone who thrives under pressure, loves solving problems, and enjoys getting things done.
Someone who can run ads and operations together.
Someone who becomes the right hand to our Director of Growth & Strategy (USA) and helps turn strategy into flawless execution on the ground.

What you’ll take ownership of Growth & Advertising

• Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Track daily performance metrics (ROAS, spend, conversions, AOV, CVR, creative testing)
• Share insights and optimization recommendations
• Coordinate with creative, UGC, and design teams on deliverables and testing timelines

Operations & Team Coordination

• Track tasks and deadlines across all departments using Monday.com
• Run follow ups with team leads and staff to ensure on-time delivery
• Flag delays early and resolve blockers professionally
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly performance reporting
• Maintain strong communication between Pakistan and USA offices

Who you are

• 5+ years experience in marketing, operations, ecommerce, or performance roles
• Hands-on experience with Meta/Google/TikTok Ads dashboards
• Excellent communication and leadership presence without ego
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
• Understands accountability, deadlines, and responsible ownership
• Experience working with international teams is a plus
• Doesn’t get overwhelmed, doesn’t make excuses, doesn’t play politics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
