About the role:
This Specialist will be instrumental in developing Veridian's performance-driven growth framework. This role ensures comprehensive end-to-end visibility from initial lead interaction to final revenue realization, empowering the organization to execute rapid, precise, and data-informed decision-making. The Specialist is responsible for overseeing critical integrations across the marketing and sales technology stack, deploying sophisticated tracking and attribution mechanisms, and monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance throughout the entire lead lifecycle.
This position is pivotal for achieving predictable growth, enhancing conversion efficacy, mitigating potential revenue leakage, and guaranteeing complete synchronization between the Marketing and Inside Sales departments.
What you'll do:
Lead & Data Infrastructure

Ensure comprehensive tracking across the marketing and sales funnel, verifying all leads are accurately and promptly integrated into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot the integrations interconnecting marketing platforms, organizational websites, analytics systems, and the CRM.

Assume ownership of attribution data to guarantee clear visibility into the performance of channels, campaigns, audiences, and keywords.
Funnel Performance & Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring

Monitor and report on SLA adherence concerning Speed-to-Lead, assignment time, and lead aging across all call center workflows.

Collaborate with Call Center leadership to analyze and diagnose process friction points and conversion bottlenecks.
Systems Optimization

Identify and proactively resolve malfunctions in tracking, tagging, or lead-routing workflows.

Maintain updated documentation for all operational processes spanning the marketing-to-sales lifecycle.

Provide support for A/B testing implementation by ensuring precise data capture and robust measurement frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Engage with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Call Center leadership to ensure seamless coordination across the entire growth engine.

Support the launch of new markets by ensuring accurate tracking mechanisms, readiness for local attribution, and correct lead-routing configuration.
What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Growth.

Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms).

Exceptional analytical capabilities, including the proficiency to accurately interpret and draw insights from marketing and sales funnel metrics.

Comprehensive understanding of marketing technology, specifically including the implementation and management of tracking pixels, standardized UTM structures, and system integrations.

The ability to swiftly and accurately diagnose technical issues across various digital tools and operational systems.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.
