Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Growth & Performance Marketing Lead with a strong focus on paid advertising channels. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your expertise in paid media buying, analytics, and optimization will be vital in scaling our marketing efforts and maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Advertising, Pinterest Ads, and other digital channels.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO strategies.
- Manage media buying efforts including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, affiliate marketing partnerships, and social media advertising to ensure effective budget allocation.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and SEO tools to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Perform conversion rate optimization by analyzing web analytics data to enhance landing pages and user journeys.
- Develop detailed media planning strategies that align with overall marketing goals while maintaining strict budget oversight.
Marketing & Growth:
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with influencer/creator campaigns and content amplification strategies
- Collaborate on email/SMS campaigns and overall customer acquisition strategy
- Identify trends in beauty, social media, and digital marketing to inform campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, design, and product teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid ads across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords), Twitter Ads, Facebook Advertising, Bing Ads, and related PPC campaign management tools.
- Expertise in keyword research, SEO tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and conversion optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies and media buying practices within e-commerce environments.
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts such as SEM, SEO, media planning, budgeting, and campaign tracking.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions and user behavior insights.
