Growth & Product Analytics Associate
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Product Analytics Associate who doesn’t just analyze data but knows how to turn it into smarter campaigns, better funnels, and sharper user journeys. You’ll work closely with the founder and product team, owning the link between data → insights → execution.
What you’ll do
- Own product and marketing funnel analysis using Mixpanel (or similar tools).
- Set up and maintain tracking, cohorts, and dashboards to identify friction and growth opportunities.
- Design and optimize in-app journeys and messaging flows across Firebase, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
- Collaborate with product/design to refine UX using behavioral data.
- Run A/B tests, interpret user behavior, and translate findings into growth experiments.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that shape campaigns, not just reports.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Strong understanding of funnels, retention, and user behavior analytics.
- Experience setting up or optimizing digital campaigns and messaging journeys (paid, CRM, or in-app).
- Ability to think like a growth marketer, not just an analyst — spot the story in the data and act on it.
- Sharp communication skills to explain insights clearly.
- Hungry to learn, experiment, and iterate fast.
Bonus points if you have:
- Worked on fintech or consumer mobile apps.
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, GDS).
- A background in digital media, performance marketing, or CRM.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
