About Us

We craft the next wave of iconic non-gaming consumer apps powered by AI. We're forming a team of world-class makers who want to be on the frontier of how AI shapes billions of users' lives. Our founders led engineering teams at Meta, Google, Palantir and top startups. We're backed by top-tier VCs.

The Role

You'll own the levers that turn curious visitors into paying subscribers, and paying subscribers into loyal users. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll run the full growth stack: web funnels, onboarding flows, paywall experimentation, pricing strategy, and monetization optimization across our AI-powered consumer apps.

You won't be buried in process or waiting for approvals. You'll ship experiments weekly, interpret results daily, and directly impact revenue metrics that matter.

If you've ever reverse-engineered a competitor's paywall flow for fun, debated pricing indices at dinner, or felt genuine excitement when an onboarding tweak moved activation by 3%—we should talk.

What We're Looking For

Mindset & Approach

  • Intellectually curious with a growth mindset - able to tackle entirely novel challenges that lack prior precedent
  • Looking for a low-ego, high-drive environment
  • Love taking initiatives, extra responsibility, and high ownership
  • Can take feedback gracefully and give constructively
  • Organized and self-sufficient : You are comfortable managing yourself, navigate ambiguity and finding ways to create impact

Core Requirements

  • Hustle, knowledge, and skill , in whatever form it comes in
  • Excellent communication skills : we are not writing this because everybody else does. It really is critical that you communicate clearly and when needed. You articulate your thoughts precisely. You possess solid English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Pragmatism and sense of urgency : We seek individuals who excel at balancing speed with strategy. The ideal candidate can identify the most effective path to impact – whether that means taking a quick, practical approach or investing in a more polished solution. They combine careful consideration with swift execution, always maintaining sight of long-term goals while driving projects forward with momentum. When in doubt as to the appropriate balance between speed and sophistication, they favor the former

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire conversion funnel : landing pages → onboarding → paywalls → trial → paid → early retention
  • Run a high-velocity experimentation cadence
  • Design paywalls and pricing tests , evaluating willingness to pay, seasonal effects, and discount strategy
  • Develop our growth experimentation system : hypothesis pipeline, prioritization model, success metrics, documentation
  • Refine onboarding and activation flows to improve day-1 and week-1 retention
  • Work deeply with Mixpanel, BigQuery, and internal dashboards to uncover insights and diagnose funnel issues
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship experiments quickly and with minimal overhead
  • Monitor and optimize revenue metrics including subscription conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, and payback windows
  • Study competitor funnels and best practices , reverse-engineering what works and adapting it to our apps
  • Codify learnings into repeatable frameworks and institutional knowledge

Your success = measurable week-over-week improvement in our activation, conversion, and LTV.

Required Skills & Experience

Even if you don’t have all skills/experience, feel free to apply if you strongly feel that you’d be an awesome fit.

  • 2+ years in growth, product, or monetization roles —ideally at a subscription-based consumer app or mobile-first company
  • Hands-on A/B testing experience : you've designed experiments, calculated sample sizes, and made decisions based on statistical significance (not just "it looks better")
  • Strong analytical chops : comfortable in Mixpanel or something similar; can pull your own data and build dashboards without waiting for analysts
  • Paywall and pricing intuition : you understand why Blinkist's paywall works, what Headspace gets wrong, and have opinions on annual vs. monthly pricing psychology
  • Clear communication : you can explain experiment results to engineers, defend prioritization to leadership, and write crisp specs
  • Bias for speed : you'd rather ship an 80% solution today than a perfect one next month
  • We're not looking for someone who observes growth. We're looking for someone who builds it. Someone who can look at a broken funnel, turn it into a hypothesis backlog by lunch, and ship three experiments before dinner.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adapty, RevenueCat, Superwall , or custom paywall systems
  • Experience with creative testing or ad-level funnel understanding
  • Web funnel expertise : experience optimizing landing pages, checkout flows, and web-to-app journeys
  • User research : experience conducting user interviews and a burning desire to understand what a user really wants.
  • You are obsessed with automation and building agents to create higher leverage
  • Experience with AI-powered or utility apps (not just content/media)
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and how web and app funnels interact
  • Background in CRO, growth marketing, or performance marketing before moving to product
  • You've worked at a startup where you wore multiple hats and figured things out without a playbook
  • SQL proficiency for deeper data exploration

Working Style

  • We're a remote-only company (ideally GMT to GMT+3)
  • Regular In-Person Collaboration : We believe that forming and norming relationships in a nascent business has to include regular in-person time. We plan to meet in person every 2 months or more frequently, for one week at a time. We will arrange the logistics and pay for accommodation/travel costs, but it's important that you commit to attending these colocation weeks
  • Commitment to Impact : Working too many hours doesn't guarantee success, but working too few leads to failure. We expect everyone to put in their best effort every day, but we don't expect you to work late evenings or on weekends regularly (though it does definitely happen sometimes!). We are careful to avoid burnout, but we also don't want to sugarcoat the fact that raw hours can make a huge difference in a startup
  • Fast-paced with changing priorities as we experiment and find product-market fit

When it's not a good fit

  • You want perfect work-life balance and/or pre-determined working hours (e.g. 9-5) — we're an early stage startup with high ambitions. While this tends to lead to fantastic learning, achievements, and career growth, it also requires a significant commitment
  • You want well-defined, stable roadmap. Predictability is important to you : as we seek the elusive product market fit and experiment, we will change priorities often
  • You care about your job title and hierarchy
  • You need lots of coaching and being told what to do

This is a unique opportunity to shape the mobile development strategy for a suite of AI-powered applications from the ground up. You'll have the freedom to choose technologies and establish best practices while working on products that directly impact users' daily lives.

What we offer

  • World-class, ambitious teammates
  • Competitive salary + stock options
  • Remote-first, with physical colocation every ~2-3 months (all expenses paid) for a week
  • All the tools you need to do your best work
  • Private Medical Insurance
