At ZPayso, we are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution, contributing directly to business expansion while building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback.
- Manage client communications, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may also be considered).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
- A proactive and positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
