At ZPayso, we are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution, contributing directly to business expansion while building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback.
  • Manage client communications, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may also be considered).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
